So you’ve bought an item from ACP and found the same product being sold cheaper elsewhere.
Come back to us within SEVEN days of your purchase with your ACP receipt as well as proof of the cheaper price and we will refund you the difference.
If you have only paid a deposit and we cannot match the lower price, we will refund your deposit plus 300% the price difference.
This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The guarantee will be in force for SEVEN days from the date of purchase, and is applicable only to products that have not been delivered.
- Price matching is only applicable if the two items are of the same brand, model, payment mode and under the same manufacturer’s local warranty coverage.
- Customer when making a claim must produce the original invoice from ACP.
- ACP reserves the right to first match the price offered by our competitors; in the event that ACP cannot match the price, we will refund your deposit plus 300% the price difference.
- Any refund is subject to the payment mode, ie if customer paid by credit card, the refund will be made through the same credit card.
- Price matching requires that the customer provide ACP with information of the business outlet selling the product at a lower price. This must be supported by proof (eg newspaper advertisement, picture of price tag or price list). ACP reserves the rights not to match such a price arising from a false claim.
- In case of refund, verification will be carried out against the terms and conditions stated in our ‘7 days lowest price guaranteed’. Once the information has been validated, the deposit plus 300% of the price difference will be refunded.
- Price matching only covers competitors who are authorised by the Principal to sell a new and licensed product with a local warranty including their online prices.
- ACP does not price match “free gift with purchase” offers as they are not exactly “like for like”.
- This warranty does not cover sales with lucky dips and / or lucky draws, clearance sales, display sets sales, limited set sales and trade-in promotions.
- The difference will be paid in the form of ACP Gift Voucher which can be used on every item sold in ACP without any restriction. Do note that the Gift Voucher normally comes with one year validity.
- This warranty is only applicable to Philippines and Singapore sales.
- ACP Computer Training School Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
