Key Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a vital link in ensuring the smooth execution of critical transportation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing document review processes, including collating and following up on stakeholder comments.
- Coordinating design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities across contractors, site owners, and end users.
- Tracking and updating work programmes and schedules in liaison with contractors and key stakeholders.
- Supporting the project team in achieving timely project delivery.
- Preparing progress summary reports for internal and external reporting.
- Overseeing project administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, drafting letters, documenting meeting records, and creating presentation materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Project management experience in the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems or Singapore’s transit environment is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with flexible work hours and willing to perform night work during engineering hours.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between office and site locations.

- Primary location: Bedok, Singapore
- Flexible hybrid work arrangements (subject to project needs and management discretion)
